Strong communication skills A proactive approach to problem solving Your role: πŸ“ Document management: Keep our company's documents up-to-date and tidy. πŸ“¬ Correspondence tracking: Accurately record all letters and emails that arrive and go. πŸ’Œ Mail Handling: Manage mail flow, ensuring timely receipt and sending via Mail and FedEx. πŸ–¨οΈ Use of office equipment: Seamlessly manage equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines. πŸ“‚ Archiving and dossier: Organize and keep important papers such as company decisions and records. ✈️ Travel planning: Organize trips and calculate per diems following company guidelines. πŸ“Š Report Generation: Create reports and documents at the request of our director. 🧾 Manage invoices: Handle receipt and processing of invoices through the SEF system. πŸ’΅ Financial records: Track financial transactions and match them with bank statements. 🀝 Cooperation with an accountant: Work in close cooperation with our accountant for efficient financial operations, including regular exchange of documents. πŸ“‹ Preparation of tender documentation: Collect all the necessary documents required for the tender. πŸ’Ό Tax liabilities: Ensure timely payment of business taxes, including environmental and company taxes, with the help of our accountant. 🏨 Travel reservation: Book accommodation and travel tickets, including airline tickets as needed. πŸ›οΈ Ordering consumables: Manage ordering office supplies, cleaning supplies and refreshments. 🧹 Cleanliness monitoring: Coordinate your cleaning schedule to maintain a seamless office. πŸ€— Hospitality: Warmly welcome visitors and serve them refreshments.
