ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001 sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and can be certified to. It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system.

Designed for any type of organization, regardless of its activity or sector, it can provide assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved.

Occupational health and safety
ISO 45001:2018

ISO 45001:2018 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its OH&S performance.

GASTRANS 

Joint project company GASTRANS LLC Novi Sad is the procuring entity of the construction project of the transmission of gas pipeline (interconnector) BORDER OF BULGARIA – BORDER OF HUNGARY, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

On June 27th, 2017 a Road Map was signed between the Ministry of Mining and Energy and the PAO“Gazprom” on the implementation of the project for construction of gas pipeline on the territory of the Republic of Serbia from the border with the Republic of Bulgaria to the border with Hungary and, if necessary, with the other countries that are bordering with the Republic of Serbia. 

Gas consumption in Serbia is constantly growing, and in the future, the country will need large amounts of gas. In the period from 2014 to 2017, gas supplies to Serbia were increased by 41% in 2018.

The implementation of the project of construction of the main gas pipeline will significantly increase the level of energy security in Serbia and the region as a whole, and also open the possibility for continuation of the process of gasification of the country.

Ugljevik MTPP

Subsidiary company "Rudnik i Termoelektrana Ugljevik" ad Ugljevik is a subsidiary company that operates within the mixed holding "Elektroprivreda Republika Srpska". The organization and management of the company are defined by the Decision on the establishment of "Rudnik i Termoelektrana Ugljevik" ad Ugljevik and the Rulebook on the organization and systematization of work and work tasks in "Rudnik i Thermoelektrana Ugljevik" ad Ugljevik.

Elektro-Hercegovina

Subsidiary company "Elektro-Hercegovina a.d. Trebinje", was founded in 1949 as the then "Sresko electric company". In the previous period, the company operated under different names, and thanks to its development and integration processes of the electricity distribution business, it grew into today's subsidiary company "Elektro-Hercegovina a.d. Trebinje".

Elektro-Hercegovina a.d. Trebinje is a regional company, and its distribution activities are carried out in the southeastern part of Republika Srpska. In addition to this basic activity, this company deals with: design, construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of electric power facilities, monitoring, execution of works and making connections to the distribution network.

Elektro Doboj

"Elektro Doboj" a.d. Doboj operates as a subsidiary in the system of Elektroprivreda Republika Srpska. It is one of the five electricity distribution companies in the Republic of Srpska and one of the 11 subsidiaries in the Mixed Holding "Elektroprivreda Republika Srpska", parent company, a.d. Trebinje.

Gacko MTPP

Located in the Gacko field in the northeastern part of Herzegovina. It covers an area of about 40 square kilometers and an altitude of about 940 m. The first projects on coal mining in Gacko began in 1954. on the outcrops of the main coal layer, and in 1982. "Gracanica" lignite mine was put into operation.

Elektro Bijeljina

Dependent state enterprise "Elektro-Bijeljina" p.o. Bijeljina, as one of the subsidiaries of the public parent company "Elektroprivreda Republika Srpska", was founded by the decisions of the General Director in the function of the board of JMDP "Elektroprivreda RS" from August 19, 1992 and from May 26, 1995. 

In 2006, the company was transformed into the Mixed Holding "Elektroprivreda Republika Srpska" of Trebinje, the Independent Electricity Distribution Company "Elektro-Bijeljina" joint stock company Bijeljina based on the Law on Enterprises, the Law on Public Enterprises and the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Srpska on the organization of the Mixed Holding "Elektroprivreda" of the Republic Serbian Trebinje.

Trebisnjica HPP

The basic concept of water use in the wider area of the Trebisnjica river basin was adopted by the water management basis from 1958, and innovated by the new water management basis "Krasch fields of Eastern Herzegovina" in 1967. It is planned to build seven hydropower plants with five reservoirs in the area of the Trebisnjica hydrosystem. In addition to the hydropower use of water, it is also possible to irrigate around 240 km2 of arable land. The concept with 7 planned hydroelectric power plants and 5 storage basins in the system came from the adopted Basic Project from 1976. The adopted concept of water use is fully in line with the needs of hydropower, as well as with solving the complex water management problems of this area.

Drina HPP

Hydro power plant "VISEGRAD" started operating in 1989. The installed power of 3×105 MW is achieved with Kaplan turbines, with an average annual production of 1010 GWh, via 3 single-phase transformers of 115 MVA each, i.e., 15.75/400 kV plant.

The average annual flow is 342 m3/s, the reservoir has a total volume of 161 hm3 and a length of about 40 km.

The annual production record was achieved in 2010. with 1,283.05 GWh of electricity produced.

The value of the basic capital is 441,955,312 KM and the percentage ownership structure is MH "ERS" - MP AD Trebinje 65.00%; Funds 32.42% and Other 2.58%.
